I'm Elaine Painter, and I'm proud to be the owner/broker Eastern Hills Realty, where I have been practicing real estate since 1987.  I enjoy being part of a small brokerage where I can focus on providing very personalized service to my clients.  

I am a Cincinnati native, and I continue to have a special fondness for my home town.  I  
graduated magna cum laude from Walnut Hills High School in 1979 and received a B.S. in
Business Administration from Miami University in 1983.  Shortly thereafter, I obtained my
real estate license and began selling for Coldwell Banker.  

Through the years,  I have been active in representing clients in all kinds of real estate
transactions.  I thoroughly enjoy helping people with their real estate needs, whether it be
finding the right first house, a move-up house for a growing family, a great investment
property, or a "downsized" house or condo for your retirement years.   I am well networked with other local professionals including mortgage brokers, real estate attorneys, home inspectors, and others who may be needed along the way.
